Perfect Yellow is a drawing journal I’ve kept since high school. It’s also the name of the guy with a smiling face in the below illustrations. She lives a busy life every day, thinking about countless problems and dreaming happy dreams.

She was not at all as perfect as her name nor as happy as her perpetually smiling face. She is sometimes sad, scared, and anxious like ours do, but she still chooses to put a smiling face on her face.

“It’s not a big deal!” she often says this to herself.
